*Arguably the easiest stage on this year’s route, these 153.5km take the race into the heart of Champagne country to finish in the beautiful cathedral city of Reims.

Team Saxo Bank’s Fabian Cancellara (Specialized BG S-Works with Boa S1) will live to wear the Yellow jersey at least one more day with a 00′23″ lead over Geraint Thomas (Sky Professional). This is Fabian’s third day in the coveted Yellow jersey.

Team Saxo Bank’s Frank Schleck, Specialized BG S-Works with Boa S1, has dropped out of the Tour due to injuries sustained during a fall in a cobbled sector of today’s Stage 3. Get well Frank!
