I would suggest having them order a replacement kit through our warranty site and using the tool that comes in it to open the dial and blow out any dust or dirt. If that doesn’t resolve it, they could then replace the system with the spare parts. To redeem this warranty please visit our website at http://www.boatechnology.com. Mouse over “Support” on the top of the home page then click “Consumers”. On the next page, click the “REDEEM GUARANTEE” link in the top right corner. The first page will be personal information we require for shipping and identification purposes only, then the second will be the shopping cart where you will find a picture of the dial on the left side that matches your system. Click on the picture to access the parts specific to your system. All parts will be shipped with easy to follow instructions as well as the necessary tools. The cost will zero out as you continue through the process. Once you have completed your shopping and finished the process you will get a receipt of your request via email.

The Boa Lace system on one my Redwing boot (left foot) always seems to slide to the inside of my boot so that the dial is touching the edge. The dial does not stay centered, causing the tongue to slide out on the outside. GRRRR! Suggestions, solution?

My boa lace system is extremely noisy when I move around. I work in an extremely dusty environment and believe that may be contributing. How do I keep me quiet?

I love this brace. I recently fractured my wrist and this brace acted better than a cast. The best thig about it is that it is adjustable. The ability to take it off to shower makes it much more convenient than a plaster or fiberglass cast. The only problem I experienced was that one of the flaps would bend under the second flap and cause discomfort but you can adjust it to fix that problem. I’m very pleased with this product.

my Boa is “shot” ( lets go easily ) & specialized has been “out of stock” for ages. how do I get a replacement ( S-1 I think ) for the plastic disk ( the “pawls” that catch the teeth are worn out )?
